The City of Forest Park, through the Urban Redevelopment Agency, has partnered with the Partnership for Southern Equity to explore opportunities at the housing complex at Fort Gillem.
The City purchased the site in 2012, and a pre-existing management agreement will end in October of this year. The Partnership for Southern Equity shared its initial presentation at the July 21 Forest Park City Council meeting.
