At Canopy Atlanta, we believe that when community voices provide the news, it’s more accessible, credible, and trustworthy. That’s why every story we publish begins with residents themselves—listening, reporting, and sharing the issues that matter most.
To date, we’ve trained 48 Reporting Fellows across 9 neighborhoods and more than 200 Documenters who attend and take notes at public meetings across Metro Atlanta—all paid for their work.
