Read some of the best of Canopy Atlanta’s reporting in West End, Forest Park, Bankhead, South DeKalb, and Lakewood Heights over the past four years, in a new magazine-style format. Our Community Issues are at the center of our reporting, and having some of our stories laid out in print helps us get stories in the hands of community members.
“Canopy Atlanta’s aim is to equip residents to access information about their communities, and to tell and share stories that are responsive to community desires,” Floyd Hall, Co-Founder and Creative Director, writes in the issue. “Through this work, we aim to increase the overall agency of communities through journalism, and we endeavor to make sure our work reaches residents through innovative channels, events, partnerships, printed materials, and more.”
